The
LGL Leadership Academysm explores organizational alignment from the individual to the organizational level; it reflects on leadership in teams; examines the challenges of communicating as a leader, and offers additional insights on corporate culture vs. organizational climate. Building on the Team Boot Camp, we delve into the different aspects and challenges of leadership.
This is not a purely academic experience, but very practical. Using our trained instructors who are steeped in both academic leadership theory and real life practical leadership experience (both military and business), the following methodology is used:

Knowledge (Learn It!) In each meeting the foundational imperatives of: Character, Empathy, Trust, and Accountability are revisited, reinforced and expanded.

Experience (Do It!) – Participants are guided to implement between sessions what they have learned in the prior session, with tangible techniques, tips and procedures (TTP’s).

Reflection (Think and Talk about It!) – Discuss, dissect and share results both at the next Academy on-site training, or within the LGL Leadership on-line community, consisting of instructors, peers, and other experienced leaders.

Together we will explore ways to address immediate leadership challenges by implementing “climate changes”, while moving toward the cultural leadership shifts needed to create an unstoppable organization!
