Our comprehensive Leadership Development Program is uniquely designed to help individuals wherever they are on their continuum of growth. Developed by former Professors, responsible for the growth and development of leaders at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, our program incorporates the core leadership principles of character, empathy, trust, and accountability, and is based on West Point’s mission to develop “Leaders of Character for service to the nation.” This platform takes the lessons and concepts learned at West Point and in the Army, and translates them for business.
Our extended program includes 4 core training sessions, supplemented by 6 advanced sessions, integrated with online learning, collaboration and support.
